Salon Policies & Courtesy Guidelines
To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review our core policies below. These help us maintain fairness, quality, and a comfortable environment.

Service Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of gel, dip, and acrylic services for 10 days. If lifting, chipping, or breakage occurs within this period, we will gladly fix it.
Excludes: Regular polish and damage caused by accidents or improper care.

Late Arrivals
Arriving 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Please call us in advance if you’re running behind.

Redo & Satisfaction Policy
If you're not satisfied with your service, notify us before leaving or within 10 days. We may offer a complimentary redo, gift card, or discount.
Serious concerns will be reviewed by management.

Nail Art & Design Requests
Please share design inspirations before your service begins. Complex sets expected to take over 2.5 hours cannot be accepted as walk-ins.
A consultation and advance appointment are required for detailed or custom designs.

Technician Requests
We welcome requests, but cannot guarantee availability during peak hours or walk-in visits.

Respect & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests.

Health & Sanitation
Please inform us of any skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or injuries before your service. Your safety is our priority.

Payment & Gratuity
Cash is greatly appreciated, including for gratuity. Venmo tips are also welcome. Please ask the front desk for available tipping options.

Pet Policy
Only certified service animals are permitted. No pets allowed due to health regulations.

VIP & Private Room Etiquette
Our PRIVÉ Lounge is reserved for VIP and premium pedicures. Please keep noise to a minimum and refrain from phone use while in the space.

Group Bookings
Groups of 3 or more may require a deposit or confirmation call. Please arrive on time to ensure we can accommodate your full service.
